Bryan was great to work with and very knowledgeable about his business. Won t hesitate to go back.
The service was great and Brain took the time to show me that the transmission was not the problem unlike another transmission shop who was trying to get me on an expensive not needed repair.
I had a great experience at Mr. Transmission. The customer service was great and respectful. They worked diligently to get me in and out in a timely manner. The price was less than the dealer charge for the same service. I think I've found a pretty good place to service my orher family cars.
I took my car in for what I thought was a transmission issue, turns out it was the axel that had broken, these guys took care of it and only needed my car for a couple of days. Brian is great, he checked in with me to let me know what was going on, and had my car ready by the promised time. I will definitely be back for other car needs.
