I took my car in for what I thought was a transmission issue, turns out it was the axel that had broken, these guys took care of it and only needed my car for a couple of days. Brian is great, he checked in with me to let me know what was going on, and had my car ready by the promised time. I will definitely be back for other car needs.
For just moving to the area and needing help with my Jeep, it's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I was referred here and I'm glad I was! These guys are great and worked really hard to help me get back on the road!
I went there for a diagnostic, which went relatively smoothly. After several days, I noticed the issue was not fixed, so they brought it in to run the diagnostic again free of charge. I appreciate businesses like this that work with the customer to get a solution.
Bryan was heaven-sent. Extremely professional, high communicative, and very knowledgeable. Going to a new mechanic is very intimidating and full of skepticism especially in this financial climate. However the people at Mr. Transmission were concise, trustworthy, and efficient with my repairs. They did not take apart my car to tell me a million and one things wrong.
