I went there for a diagnostic, which went relatively smoothly. After several days, I noticed the issue was not fixed, so they brought it in to run the diagnostic again free of charge. I appreciate businesses like this that work with the customer to get a solution.
Bryan was heaven-sent. Extremely professional, high communicative, and very knowledgeable. Going to a new mechanic is very intimidating and full of skepticism especially in this financial climate. Amazing service and communication from the shop and Brian, was recommended to this location by my regular mechanic since they don't service transmissions. Have been driving the car for a few days now and it feels like a brand new car! They told me to bring the car back in two weeks for a follow up to re check their work. This made me feel even more at ease with my choice to get this expensive work done.

Everyone I spoke with, whether in the shop or in the office, was very friendly and knowledgeable. They treated me like an old friend. I had a transmission flush at 60k miles and all is running well.
