Absolutely 100% satisfied with my experience with Mr. Transmission. I noticed my transmission felt like it was slipping. I called Mr. Pond, shared with him what was going on, and he took it from there. They diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem and had me on the road again in just a couple days. Not only are Mr. Pond and his team extremely knowledgeable, they treated me with respect and kindness. If you are having transmission issues, do yourself a favor and call Mr. Transmission!!!
I am so glad I took my vehicle to Mr. Transmission. I went there thinking I was probably gonna need a new transmission. However, Mr. Jay and his crew were able find the problem and fix it without replacing the whole transmission. They were very helpful and professional. I am gonna tell everyone I know who has transmission problems to head to Mr. Transmission.
My car have been to this place about 3 times for the same problem they can't be doing something right...this one guy work there told me he would never repair my trans again that's not how you do Business
