Honest I had a very difficult issue with the transmission in my Jaguar. It took over 6 weeks to resolve and cost me a lot of income and extra expense. In spite of the additional personal cost to me and the business, Tim at Mr. Transmission did everything he said he would do to fix the problems. He and folks at his business showed themselves to be the epitome of customer service and honesty.

Kept me informed Tim was great and helped me out a lot. He waited for me to pick up my truck and he kept me informed on progress. He did a great job.

Helpful I worked with Perry at the shop last week and he was easy to speak and deal with it. I got my truck towed from another shop for free within 30 minutes of calling. They had me out of the shop with rebuilt tranny, new torque converter and new tranny cooler in a day! Even helped me out after that with an unrelated issue for the best price anyone could hope for!! Perry was able to tell me where they were every step of the job. Will certainly refer people from now!

Great guys GREAT GUYS ! went to have my brakes repaired at another shop that advertised 99.00 brake repairs and got an estimate of 1600.00 and a long list of parts THEN I FOUND MR. TRANSMISSION IN DULUTH THEY SAID THAT I ONLY NEEDED $ 450.00 WHAT A RELIEF. THANKS MR. TRANSMISSION DULUTH YOU ARE THE BEST !!!!
