I cannot thank Rachael and the team enough at Mr. Tire in East Brunswick. NJ Manufacturers booked a tow for me and my car never showed up at Mr. Tire for a new tire. I had rode on a rim for a few miles and wanted the car towed. Rachael drove to make sure my car had not been picked up; NJ Manufacturers wasted 3 hours of my time claiming to be getting my car and the company who accepted the dispatchnever came. Had an insane coolant leak coming from 2 areas on my 2011 BMW 328I. Ended up needing a new upper hose & a radiator (it cracked). It took a few hours to find the leak but it was just because they had to take parts out to get to the issue, but the manager, Santino, was AMAZING and found exactly what was wrong, so I did not mind waiting at all if it meant I was getting the best care.
