I returned here after having a positive experience. When I returned for my inspection that I had an appointment for, I was told they couldn't do it. I drove out of my way for the appointment, the manager then called another store that he guaranteed I could get my inspection done that day. I made him call to confirm, good thing I did because they weren't able to do the inspection. if I had drove over there to be told that, I would have been even more mad than I already was. This would be my second time coming to the location at 2318 w ridge road. I want to come here because it is close to home. I have an appointment for 9 am and according to their hours on there door opens at 7:30am it is now 9:10 and they are still not open. What is the point of having an option for it if you can not accommodate. Then I had gotten a number to call and I was 3rd person in line and I have been on hold for over an hour.
