Reggie is the only person that I trust to service my vehicle and I return consistently when I need service worked on because of him. He is an asset to the company.
My husband went to have our first oil change tire rotation there, as an in-network provider for the service plan I purchased when buying my car. He was very comfortable with them. We knew our brakes were nearing replacement time and went ahead and had that done while there. He said staff was very nice. I liked the reminder call I received that morning, while he was on his way there. This was a good first visit. We will be back.
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Reginald, and he made the entire experience completely carefree; which was incredibly refreshing. My car was serviced quickly and efficiently with no issues at all. I’m strongly considering bringing all my vehicles to him moving forward. He represented Mr. Tires with exceptional professionalism and care, as if it were his own business. Outstanding work!
