I recently had a nail launched into the back driver side tire of my car. Quickly, I headed to Mr. Tire and got the tire replaced.The staff was very helpful and got me in and out. Thankfully, I had the tire Road hazard coverage plan in place and did not have to come out of pocket for the tire.The staff navigated the process, had a replacement tire, in the right size! The staff( Devian) was professional, attentive and thorough. I left the Tire shop as a satisfied customer.
Literally the worst customer service experience I have had in recent memory. I purchased a Groupon for a conventional oil change not knowing my car requires full synthetic. They redeemed the coupon before performing the service then told me about the synthetic oil. So they say we will just charge you the difference. But they wanted to charge me the difference for the full price regular amount ($67), not the difference in the Groupon amount ($30). I obviously don’t want to do that. I purchased a groupon to get my oil changed but they said it's the wrong one therefore I paid full price. I'll never return...
First time using this location would recommend going back as they were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with
