Great customer service and changed my oil in a timely manor.
The techs were knowledgable and nice, the lady at the counter was also very nice, but the scheduling was truly terrible. My first time scheduling an appointment in advance, I was turned away because they did not have an alignment tech in that day (After I had booked online). My second time scheduling, they double booked my time and I had to wait 2.5 hours instead of the 1 hour specified on the website. I brought in my vehicle on October 16th 2025 it had a slow leak in my rear drivers side on my Tacoma. So from the start I was at Firestone down the road pulled into Firestone parking lot I called Mr tire while pulling in (I usually go to Firestone but they have been horrible lately).
