Great Customer Service!!!!! – I have gone to this colony tire several times now. They are very friendly and treat you like they have known you for years. They will work with you on prices, they don't just blurt out a price and stick to it. I strongly suggest them to any Cary resident, visitor, or passerby.
Highly recommended – I have taken my car to this location a few times and have had a very pleasant experience each time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never feel like they are trying to rip me off or sell me anything I don't truly need. If you say you don't want something, they never try to push. Going the extra mile!! – I was visiting a relative in Cary, when my check tire pressure light came on. He immediately told me to go to Colony Tire and get it checked out. I was greeted by a very warming, home-like feeling from Waylon and the staff. As he checked the pressure in the tires, he suggested that it was time for me to get four new tires. Great place with amazing service! – I came in with a tire balancing issue. The issue was examined and then I was told what the issue was and received promt service. There was no pressuring me into buying something or anything! Very friendly, honest, and straight forward service by Waylen and Michael. I recommend coming here for all your needs!
Quick & Friendly Service – I went by Colony Tire yesterday hoping to get my car inspected sometime that day and I was happily surprised to hear they could get me in right away. They inspected the car in less than a half hour and it passed with no problems. They gently reminded me I was due for an oil change and a tire balance, which I plan to schedule in the next week or so. Great Service – I went to Colony Tire on Davis Drive in need of inspection oil change and tires. I was greeted by smiling faces and the gentlemen went above and beyond to help me with tires. They took the time to explain the whole process and a break down of the cost. Being a woman I felt they took the time to make sure I was fully aware of what was beiong done and the cost. I will be going back for future oil changes and tire rotation. GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE at Colony Tire on Davvis Drive in Cary, I highly recommend them.
