I got new tires i never got the wheel alignment they was supposed too do i been waiting for a phone call i was told they would call me at a later date to do the wheel alignment
Store manager McKulley was extremely dismissive, condescending and rude. Purchased a Groupon and he told me I should have called to verify if they take it and to see if they were available to do my oil change. I told him I needed to contact Groupon to verify that I can be refunded. He then told me to step outside and I told him I can do it right here in the store. He then says that he will call the police. Get a second opinion. They inspected my car for free for me, but 'found' a bunch of stuff wrong. I took it to my mechanic and he said they were trying to scare tactic me into getting more work done then I needed!! He took the time to explain what was needed and what was ok.
