Everyone was extremely professional. All my questions were answered. Pleasant atmosphere. Great customer service.
5 stars for the manager Tim who was friendly, kind and communicated well. He really made the experience positive for me and I would recommend this business because of him. They were even able to get my tires from Chesterfield in the same day so I could get the buy 3 get 1 free deal and not have to reschedule. 4 stars for the mechanic that broke one of my TPMS off and delayed the appt by an hour. They did give me a new one for free however and it wasn’t a big deal.
I went in for a car inspection. The staff was helpful and friendly. Service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicles here
Stopped by to install snow tires I already owned. Service was prompt, store manager was congenial. Reliable place.
I appreciated the quick scheduling and winter tire swap. From the time I called for an appointment to driving away with the tires bolted on was only a few hours. Now I’m ready for winter!
