I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received. Both the Store Manager Tim Schmale and his staff went above and beyond anything I could of asked for. I was sent to them by a certain Tire Warehouse store that attempted and failed to swap out my tires on 3 consecutive days due to an over torqued lugnut. Not only were they unable to complete the job, they even broke off the extractor tool on my lugnut before sending me to Keene. My father in law is the manager, He takes customer care seriously, they're always fast with service. Didn't take long for my car to get two new wheel bearings. Alignments and fluids filled, good deal on tires and the warranty on parts is a nice addition

Do not call their phone number. The call center, just takes your personal data and books and appointment with the place and they have no idea when you get transferred to the manager , what's going on. Wicked sketchy when it comes to securing personal information.
We are a frequent flyer of Cheshire Tire. Have been for years. Great group of guys and extremely helpful! Our only issue was that we booked online and were told the oil change with free tire rotation would be $49.99. And when it was ready for pick up, it ended up being $125 because things got lost in translation and they ended up charging us for a higher quality oil change than the one we booked.
