My first experience for my Nissan Rogue was great. Friendly employees and a price I expected. When I went to schedule my wifes Subaru Legacy, I was quoted over $1600. Which was $500 dollars over what their own website quoted for the exact car and tires. When I called back to question the large difference, the employee was explaining that a TPMS rebuild was necessary. The same service that he said was only $21 per tire in our previous conversation. I first came to this tire shop because they were open on a Sunday, and I had a low tire that I thought might be damaged. They took the tire off, inspected it thoroughly, filled it with air, and told me there was nothing wrong—and they were right! I've driven over 2,000 miles since with no issues. Best of all, they didn’t charge me for the check. That kind of honesty is rare, and it’s exactly why I came back when I needed new tires and an alignment. Highly recommend!
When calling for an appointment, press 2 to get the shop directly. Pressing 1 will route your call to the call center and they will give you an appointment time that may not be available. Tire Choice was able to accommodate my repair despite the scheduling conflict. I am very happy with the service received here.
Don't really trust this place. Misdiagnosed my car twice and then I came and had guy check engine light and he turned it off and acted like the light wasn't on when I was there even though it was. So basically if I find out they somehow screwed me over I will be back for the 900 bucks. Also mechanics leave their tools under your hood and who knows what else they might have done. Now I have to bring the car to another shop and I will find out exactly what's wrong with it and again if you guys tried to screw me I will come bac... read more
Last two times I got something done other than tires my cars engine light comes back on. This time I'm told to drive it around and should go out. I have a feeling I'm just going to have to bring it back again. Should just put it on the lift and look at the car. If it doesn't resolve within next couple days I will have to go back. Should just be able to get an appointment fast considering it's not 100 percent fixed.
