My experience with Mr Schneider (and administrator Peggy) was exceptional. I urgently needed to be seen for a foot fracture. I was treated with care, kindness and respect at all times. Mr Schneider was highly professional, managed my case conservatively and gave me the assurance I needed.
Terrible experience. I STRONGLY recommend looking for someone else for your own sake.
Tim is hands down THE best surgeon for foot and ankle surgery in Melbourne. Take it from someone who had been misdiagnosed previously, completely disregarded by other surgeons and even told by doctors that I was not in pain. Seeing Tim was the best decision I ever made I’ve had ongoing issues with my foot and he has stood by me the whole way through. He is to the point, fair and very reasonable. From his receptionist’s to the nurses at MOG a high quality service and never anything less.
