Bad experience !!!
I hired this company to tile my kitchen, and it has been a complete nightmare. Almost every tile has lippage (the edges stick up), making it a genuine tripping hazard. The lines are crooked because they clearly didn't use spacers, and the grout is already cracking and falling out after only a week. When I pointed out that the tiles were uneven, the installer just shrugged and blamed my floor being 'unlevel,' even though they never mentioned a need for a subfloor prep before starting. Best floor coverings went below expectations, no professionalism service, low and poor communication and a total waste of time for consultation. I was indeed underwhelmed.
