Waste of money - I didn't even get my ticket fee negotiated down. I'm paying full ticket cost plus attorney fees. Add to that the fact that they instigate no personal communication - only follow up by snail mail. I have had to call or e-mail them every time to get someone to update me in real time or have any personal communication at all. I've asked to have the attorney call me to clarify what happened, and I was told I need to call back again with that request once I get the paperwork in the mail.
