I have been using Mr. Mehdy's services since the mid to early 80's. I have only had 1 ticket not be "won". He's probably your best alternative to having to all that's involved in just 1 tickets issues, and all for $99.00!!! I moved from S.D. in '08 and still tell stories of how great "Mr. Ticket" is and how much he helped me out of difficult situations. I especially appreciated his honesty when he'd look at a ticket and tell me that it's pretty solid and I might consider paying it instead of him. (Only happened once, he got me out of several others). An actual honest lawyer.
