Terrible experience. As a first-time homeowner calling a plumber, I trusted this company to be fair and transparent. I paid for a site visit (which are normally free) and was given a quote that I later learned was approximately 5× higher than market rate. When I questioned the pricing and chose not to proceed, no work being completed, yet they refused to return my $1,000 deposit. After I agreed with the company on the cost, the technician, Mark, did a great job of unclogging a nasty blockage in our ensuite sink drain line. Mark was polite and courteous and is a real pro.
Parwan was great, same day service to replace sink plumbing and he provided exceptional service. It's great to have my kitchen sink back.
