I have used Mr. Steam twice now, and will definitely use them in the future. They show up on time, they pay attention to detail, and just kill the competition in quality of work. I had coffee stains, tree sap stains (from my Christmas tree), and just dirty spots. The technician took the time and effort to ensure all these stains were removed. He also took special care not to damage my furniture or my walls. I was treated as a valued customer, not just a number, and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
