They did an excellent cleaning job in cleaning my carpet. Moving furniture and getting behind hard to reach places. I had a piano moved out of the house a day after they where finished cleaning my carpet. They came back and cleaned that spot with out a charge. I recommend them for every body.

There had been a urine spill in my mother bdrm do to a camode that was purchased new from that hospital store Norco which broke upon first few uses, it was defective or just junk. So mr steam came the following day, cleaned it so well with such care, that we used the room again the same day. Mr steam did more than expected, that the heavens for mr steam.
