They came out to my house to repair a sprinkler head .Said it was going to be about $87. Technician gets there and says my whole system is down. Thats funny, it worked the day before and has been for years. Says wire has short and its going to be $340 to run a wire. Guess $87 wasn't enough and he needed to manufacture a bigger problem.SCAMMED. Voiced my concern with Mary Ann of customer service. She ignored me. Don't use them. Not trustworthy and dishonest.

I have used Mr. Sprinkler Repair several times now. They show up on time with a text letting you know they are on their way. The service people are polite, friendly and professional. Great service.
Very polite, professional, competent, and efficient. I that 3 line breaks, some head replacements, and a complete system check; all completed in a couple of hours. I could tell these guys knew their stuff.
