They take advantage of their customer's ignorance of sprinkler systems and overcharge for simple repairs. I was quoted a 'worst case' price but was told it would be substantially less if the repair was simple. Well the repair was fairly simple. The break was less than 2 feet from the control valve and right in line with where a new gas line had recently been laid. So for 2 feet of wire, 6 wire nuts I was charged almost $700 dollars. Rip OFF! I uncovered pipe! i dug out all roots. all service repair had to do wasshut off water and cut & splice. took him literally 30mins if that. He charged me 180$ and the $60 fee. Veterans and Teachers stay away. I was prepared to bite the bullet, but These guys unloaded the clip. Maybe they charge alot for professionalism. Tech and work A1.
