They take advantage of their customer's ignorance of sprinkler systems and overcharge for simple repairs. I was quoted a 'worst case' price but was told it would be substantially less if the repair was simple. Well the repair was fairly simple. The break was less than 2 feet from the control valve and right in line with where a new gas line had recently been laid. So for 2 feet of wire, 6 wire nuts I was charged almost $700 dollars. Did a great job, very happy with the company.
I was so disappointed today at the service provided today. I had a few leaks in my back yard. I was able to schedule an appointment, and their service guys came to repair the problem. I had mentioned a sprinkler head that I thought needed to be replaced, he gave an estimate. As he was going through the process more leaks were found it was frustrating as it could be. Finally I was told that there was a good and bad news, the good news was that everything was running perfect except that he had found a final leak. I told h... read more
