My husband brought my son in for a fade. He left with a buzz cut I could have done myself at home for free! Now it's too short to be fixed! It doesn't look bad, it's just not what he wanted or requested at all!

While there are a couple of stylists here that actually know how to cut hair the majority are newbies with NO experience. They will practice on your head and move on. The inability to make appointments means you won't always know when your favorites are working. When shown a picture of a hairstyle with obvious layers and the stylist has already started cutting and asks "So, are we layering it today?" you know nothing good can happen after that.
