Stay far away from this company, hasn't taken care of property, bounces checks, hasn't paid property owners rent that was collected since December 2016, it is now July 2017. Their response was to contact an attorney.
I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get a hold of someone and know one has returned any of my call or anything else this people do not care
My family used Shallenberger to manage the rental of their property in Greentown. I have to say I was disgusted with the results. They did NOT manage the property. The agreement was a 5 person family with no pets. 15 people were living in the house with 5 dogs and countless cats. The renters had no regular income. They completely trashed the house.
