Other than a floor that needed vacuuming, there were huge dark stains on the carpet, tub barely cleaned. Looked really run down. I was surprised. Maybe I shouldn't have been for the price. Breakfast was fine. Scrambled eggs and sausage both mornings, ran out of muffins day two. Staff at check-in wished he could have been anywhere else. Staff at check-out was very nice. The hotel did have an odd smell I couldn't quite place. I wouldn't return.
They accept pets, but that's about it. This place is sketchy.
Update: when I complained to the front desk SHE CALLED THE POLICE ON US. My cousin is in a wheelchair asking for the manager or corporate number and the front desk lady CALLED THE POLICE ON A DISABLED WOMAN. What threat was she to you? We didn’t yell or cuss. We wanted a higher up number. Maybe don’t work in the HOSPITALITY industry if you can’t handle people complaining. Got a room after traveling 8 hours to get some sleep. The general manager stole my deposit and she is the most unpleasant, unprofessional, and inept member of a management team that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with during my 25+ years of hotel stays. Two of my friends and I came into town to visit for the week. I pulled up to the front doors directly beside the hotel lobby while my friends stayed just outside and in and out of my truck.
