These people are a joke. I made a corporate booking for a few of my employees and they would not allow them to check in due to some issue with the booking after they blamed it on the third party vendor. I ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere after they were rude and unwilling to fix the issue even after being called by the customer service rep for the booking agency. I will never again use a Quality Inn.
Rooms were small and cold. Check out was done by breakfast staff with no English. Will not be back.
Well, room was clean, the a/c worked, there is breakfast. Old stuff, toilet seat was loose, the handle on the shower fell off. but, it's cheap and the bed was comfy.
This was a fantastic hotel with friendly and hard-working staff. My only complaints throughout a five day stay for emergency car repairs: 1) The rugs were stained and nasty looking (not unvacuumed), and 2) the outside of the windows were dirty. I was glad to see as I was checking out on the last day, that the carpet cleaners were showing up. And I hadn't even said anything. This tells me that they stay on top of things.
I would not even give this hotel one star. The worst place ever They have dirty carpet and food room. Number 109, the toilet floods and now they want to charge you for their issues. The carpet is so dirty. The spills everywhere in stains, very unprofessional, the staff members.
