Walter gave us an estimate for our wood floors and after we talked and he explained what he was going to do and how it would look after he finished. The price he gave us we thought was reasonable for the work he was to do. When he finished it looked like we had new floors installed. He really knows how to refinish wood floors. With a second thought we would hire him again.
My floors were very old and damaged. They kept working them until they looked great.

Walter takes great pride in his work. He re-did the floors in an 82 year old house. I knew he was the right man from the beginning. He got down on his knees and inspected many of the boards up close. He explained what needed to be done and what our options were. I would have him do our home in a minute. Except he is in Texas and we live in Minnesota.
Walter did an excellent job. His estimate was much less than 2 others we got. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job of refurbishing our wood floors. He put felt sliders under all the furniture, so we didn’t have to do it. Very professional. We will definitely use his services again.

This guy is an artist! My son (now 21 off at college) wore the finish off two large spots on the wood floor from his computer chair. Walter from Mr. Sandless came in and was able to match the stain color perfectly and apply a finish to the floor. It looks like it is new. He is extremely competent, professional and delivers.
Cost was exactly in line with other bidders, but Mr. Sandless was much better and more flexible than other bidders in adapting to my needs as to project scheduling, breaking the project down into three distinct parts to accommodate moving my furniture within my house. Mr. Sandless (a/k/a Walter) did all of the work himself, so I didn't have to worry about crews of people coming and going during the project. Walter does excellent work.
