My guy was short staffed and it was nearly two hours before I was properly seen. I understand those situations and I don’t fault what can’t be fixed, but when my pcp says I have something and I demonstrate it in front of you and you tell me that’s weird and incorrect it’s not helpful. This was my initial visit with Dr. Kline, Staff was wonderful with X Rays taken, had a 925 appointment didn’t get seen until 1110. My initial visit felt rushed.
I saw his Physician Assistant and was very pleased with my appointment. The support staff were also very pleasant.
I feel hopeless when i visit them but after the visit with Dr.Klien i feel at ease over all.i hope every thing wiill be fine.Thank you Dr.Klien
