I called a few minutes after 8:00 a.m. and by 9:30 a.m. someone was at my door! Dean was amazing! He explained what was going on with the leak and his plan to repair it. He answered all my questions when he reviewed the estimate. He quickly made a parts run and had the repair finished in short order! He also did additional work to diagnose and fix a small shower leak and snaked both shower drains to head off a future clog. He was personable, professional, and all of his work areas were cleaned up as if he had not been there.... read more
