I had a leaky shower, so I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Rooter of Williamsburg and they sent their technician over. He diagnosed the problem as a failed valve inside the handle assembly, and he quoted me $397. I should have declined and shopped around, but this has been a persistent problem and I just wanted it to go away. The job took about 30 minutes, but they still charged the full price. Had a tech come out in January and told me that if the drain clogged again within 6 months that they would come clear it out again - called explained guarantee other tech had given before scheduling - they sent tech out and said that guarantee is only 30 days- why wouldn’t they have said that on the phone before having someone come in the house unnecessarily with the virus going around is beyond me- please educate your techs on your guarantee or honor what they say if giving wrong information- also as you heard me mention th... read more

Brent came to our rescue on a Sunday morning and solved a problem that was getting more and more serious and which other professionals had failed to solve. Brent was wonderful!
