Since January Mr. Rooter has detected cause of sewer odor in the bathroom, replaced toilet and unclogged the toilet. They did a great job each time, but the cost was a bit high. I will consult them in the future. Debra

Chris Groves was a standup guy! They were quick and professional. And had my issue resolved, from call to done in less than 3 hours!
Took a few phone calls and wondering around to find that the septic pump outlet went bad. An extending cord was run and the problem solved. I was charged $375! WAY TOO HIGH. I do not recommend.
We have been loyal costumers for 4 years so this review is quite disappointing. Mr. Rooter came to my house to address two fixes. The plumber looked at both problems then proceeded to be in and out of my house for over an hour (still not sure why)—each team making my dogs bark and waking my newborn. Finally, he lets me know that I could spend $600 to maybe fix 1 problem or $1100 to definitely fix it.
