Brandon was very knowledgeable about the problem we were having. He was also very curious and extremely nice. He fixed the problem with no complaints. We will be using Mr Rotor again if the need arises.
Patrick came out to our business in a timely manner. He told us straight up how it all can go for our clogged toilets. Boom the worse didn’t happen thankfully but Patrick was able to handle the shituation in a timely manner and was very respectful and such a wonderful help. I highly recommend him!! Thanks everyone who made our restrooms usable again at BREEZA.
I just paid $65 for a technician to come out and tell me that it would be $750 to attempt to clear a clogged toilet. I had asked for a price range over the phone which they would not provide. Wish I would’ve saved my time and money and hired a company with transparent pricing.

We called a local plumber, not friendly and prices were outrageous. I saw a commercial for Mr. Rooter and decided to give them a call and I’m so incredibly happy I did. Jamie was very sweet and scheduled someone to come out maybe a couple hours after my call. They sent Patric out to our house.
