After a week of doing all things plumbing ourselves, I called Mr. Rooter from a recommendation of a friend at work. Brett came out and with his expertise proved that he knew more about my excretement system than the city people even did. He was able to find an access to be able to get in there and get there MASSIVE root ball out, without having to spend upwards of an hour and a half of drilling to get the roots out of my system. Yesterday evening was very frustrating for me after my laundry room sink overflowed from my washing machine water. This occurred a little over a month after Mr. rooter was out here repairing a major plug in my house drain. I found out I was outside of my warranty. Within about an hour, Mr. rooter sent Charles and Nathan to my home.
