This is the second time I have used Mr. Rooter. When a pipe failed in our crawl space on a Sunday morning, I didn't have a lot of hope for running water (and a shower!) before Monday. I remembered using Mr. Rooter on a previous emergency repair and contacted them. They arrived well before they said they would and quickly made the repair in time for me to finish the plans I had for the day. They are not the most inexpensive, but they are total pros, get the job done well, and their service is a great value.
Amazing, amazing service. Mr Rooter was very fast and helpful in a time where we really needed help. Miguel came over to help us with our storm drain issues, and he was extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and took the extra time properly assess and what they would be able to assist with. We had an emergency (water never flows faster than when it's all over your property) and our plumber Gabriel showed up within the hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and jumped right in and fixed my problem. He gave different estimates for multiple problems. What an awesome company! Will call them in the future.
