We had Colby from Mr. Rooter show up for our appointment and I just wanted to take the time to write to say that he was such a trustworthy, professional, communicative Vendor, he addressed my issues, was super thorough in his diagnosis and talked about our options. I never felt pressured to do the next steps and I really appreciated working with Colby. He was terrific. I will always call this company, Mr. Rooter is very credible and Professional and they are going to be first on my repair list. Good people!!

Colby R. was our plumber for an all day emergency. He installed a cleanout during a miserable cold rainy day and was phenomenal. He explained his steps, the issue, the best solution and had a great attitude. He was professional and meticulous about keeping mud out of house (thank you!) and delivered great service.
