I called Mr. Rooter for a service call on a clogged kitchen sink drain. The fellow arrived within the hour, assessed the situation, and determined that his plumbing snake should clear the clog. After several attempts at running the bare snake cable (without a diffuser on the end), he declared that he would be unable to clear the drain with the equipment he had. Shawn and Brittany were both wonderful! I am completely impressed by this company and their work ethic! Brittany in the office was so kind and helpful and Shawn came out right away and explained everything that needed to be done! Because the was not the problem and it was an electrical problem, he sent us in the right direction on who can fix it and did not charge us anything.
