Update: Almost a year later, our issue is fixed. It wasn't that a clogged vent wasn't our issue. The actual problem was on the sewer side of the trap. We had cracked and bellied pipes from the trap to the street. Mr Rooter wanted ~10k to essentially install a new trap fixing our " clogged vent". While we had a new trap installed in the process of the sewer line replacement that wasn't the real problem.
