Charlene took my message that we had a backed up house drain . I told her it wasn’t really an emergency but she said she could have someone here tonight! I was shocked. The scheduler called and said Adam would be here in an hour and he showed up promptly. He was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. The clog was a challenge, and it took almost all of the cable to clear it. The water just started to flow well when the rooter stopped dead, forcing Adam to pull the cable by hand the whole way. Another awesome job by Gabe. He spent the time and hard work to get the sewer line opened and flowing again after we had another clog. Unfortunately lots of tree roots lol. He is very knowledgeable at his job. Highly recommended
