Do not call. I placed a service call to fix my hot water heater. I had the parts already, I just needed them installed. They charge $89.00 just for the service call, more if you use a card. The fee then goes towards the cost of repair. First the tech said he doesn't know alot about hot water heaters but he'll figure it out. He got on his I pad and said it would be almost $900.00 to install the parts I was providing. Obviously I did not pay that, that's more than the hot water cost 5 years ago.
