Rooter Plumbing did a phenomenal job with my services I requested, Joe Hilton was very professional and very knowledgeable of the job he was performing, highly recommend him!!!
The technician was extremely knowledgeable and extremely nice. Joe Hilton did what was needed to solve our issue. The response was less than 24 hours.
Had to redo all the work they did after paying around $3,000 dollars. We had a bursted pipe. The connectors they did were cheap and weak. A year later, I had to fix all the connectors. The professional plumbers who came in after to give quotes were way more knowledgable. If the price had been affordable, I could look the other way, but at this price, it should not have been this problematic. They send inexperienced, young plumbers.
Joe was very knowledgeable and and explained the fix to my situation.
