In August of 2020 we needed a new septic system so called Mr. Rooter. We got an estimate and they sent out a crew to install a new tank. We paid more than $10,000 for the new system. Last Fall 2024 we started to have back up problems. We called Mr. Rooter and they told us they no longer do septic tanks and referred us to Crosby's, who had actually put in our tank in 2020 when he worked with/for Mr. Rooter. Mr.Rooter Plumbing is a great company with excellent service. Employee Clay was on time, professional and is very knowledgeable about my Plumbing issue. I got a competitively priced quote after getting my free evaluation. I was able to claim a $73 no hassle discount from the Mr. Rooter website as well! In about an hour my leaky toilet was fixed and I understood more than I did before, lol!
