Called Mr. Rooter for a leak in my copper line going to my hot water tank. It cost $159 to just come out for an emergency call. They replaced the line for $540 ($20 part at Menards). However, that wasn’t the exact issue. The water heater also had a hole in the bottom of the tank (Poor troubleshooting). I end up buying a water tank for $630 at Menards and replaced it myself. Quick and proficient replacement of faulty toilet.
Horrible service. Made an appointment online, waited for them in the time frame we selected (12pm-4pm) and no one showed up. Called the company and they said we had to pay a $159.00 emergency fee plus repairs. There was no regards to our appointment whatsoever other than our name for it and the address. They couldn't/wouldn't send someone out and we had to wait for the next day. Come the next day NOONE still bothered to show up. I had a hot water heater and new sump pump installed. Ryan and the crew sorry guys I can’t remember all your names did a great job very professional installation and there prices are better than all competitors. I will always call them first.
