We had MR Rooter come to unplug our sewer and he broke his auger off inside the pipe so he proceeded to cut the membrane on the under belly and cut the pipe to get the auger out. He did not seal the underbelly properly even after we gave him some proper underbelly tape . he put one little piece of tape on the section that he cut. Since then we have had rats get in and chewed water pipes and has caused a lot of damage. This company is not a reputable COMPANY. He charged us $632.00 for a lousy job. The water tank sprung a leak and Mr Rooter was able to send someone next day. The technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a new tank installed quickly. When on site, he even replaced the main PRV which had failed long ago and needed replacing. I definitely recommend Mr Rooter.
Service was awesome - guy was great.
