Incredible service. I had Mr. Plumbing out to check on a sink I had stopped up in my upstairs bathroom. They came out to fix it and were on time and knowledgeable. It actually wasn't the sink that was stopped up but the condensation from my a/c that was backing up in my sink from my attic. He fixed it and they called a few days later to verify that everything was working properly. I paid a service fee and a small labor charge but it was well worth it. I could of had a mess on my hands. My November Review I left here came back to bite me in February when the same leak reappeared. When I tried getting them to come back and reevaluate the situation it took multiple attempts before they finally showed up. Then they were going to charge me the full 5000.00 for the repair and not apply any of the 800.00 from November's job toward getting the issue repaired once and for all- IN SHORT- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR LET MR. Worse experience ever for $14,000!! Totally shoddy job done! even after multiple call backs to fix it. It was unsatisfactory as brick were not even replaced from the hole in the walls the first time! Even their field supervisor agreed, but sent the same person back again. Ugh! Star rating 0!

I have never experienced such terrible customer service and work (or lack thereof), as I did from the Mr. Rooter company and its technicians. They did not take the time to properly investigate, didn't listen to my concerns or what I wanted them to do, and inevitably made the problem worse. To top it off they did not fix the issues they made worse to at least get me back to where I started when I called them. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got from David and the team at Mr. Rooter. What I thought was a drainage leak in my concrete foundation (est. repair cost at least 5000.00) ended up being just some loose fittings underneath my sink. However it did cost upwards of 800.00 because they had to run the camera down the lines to confirm there was not any broken pipes. ***Bottom Line- They solved and fixed the problem in a timely manner***

I was originally going to write a great review until I checked around after the fact. They said no service charge to come out. Something was wrong with the faucet handle that regulates the hot water. It was a simple fix. The technician turned the water off outside, came back in the house, took the handle off the faucet, made a 10 second adjustment, put the handle back on, turned on the water, then I turned on the faucet back on and it worked perfect. We called Mr. Rooter to fix a sink faucet spray hose. They did not show in the time window and we finally called at 11:30 (8-12 window) and were told they could not get to it today. Appt was reset for next day 8-12. Tech showed up and looked at sink, talked to my wife a few minutes, told her it would be $262, and left. About 2 hours later he returned and was in house about 6 minutes, saying he replaced the hose. We asked to see the old hose (house built 4 yrs ago) but did not get to see it. We were not able to get a quote or... read more
