Excellent and helpful people
I didn't have high hopes of finding a plumber willing to work on a Sunday AND a federal holiday, but Luke at Mr. Rooter came through for me. He was thorough, patient, respectful, and highly-skilled. Would highly recommend!
Luke was extremely professional and efficient. I really appreciated his advice and ability to diagnose the problem! Moreover he was eager to fix the problems and knew what he was doing! I’ve used other plumbing companies before that just didn’t seem interested in finding or fixing the problem. The next time I have a plumbing problem, I’ll definitely call Mr. Rooter!
Came within an hour of our call for help! Both of the workers were Very professional, personable and efficient. Finished the job in less than an hour. Found a couple of plugs in the drain line 20-30 feet away from sink. 3 days later the kitchen sink drain is working better than it has in months. Will definitely use them in the future if we have any other drain problems.
