We have been customers of Mr Rooter Plumbing for some time and have always received good service at a fair price: until today. We were charged more the $700 to replace a kitchen faucet, not including the cost of the faucet. This was shameless gouging on their part. We paid because we had little choice but Mr. Rooter, that was the last $700 you will see from us!

Adam Logan came out to unclog my kitchen drain. He was very professional explaining all options and solutions.  He freed up the drain. No mess. Great care in using his equipment effectively and efficiently.  I very highly recommend him!

outstanding service ! we had a broken sewer main and called late evening. Kalen answered and showed up first thing in the morning, diagnosed the problem and set us up for a major repair the next morning. after doing it all in one day, we had a secondary problem with a clog in our upstairs toilet working its way down overnight into the lower main. they came down first thing again and fixed it for FREE !!! Avoid Mr Rooter plumbing. In June 2025, despite instructions that after initial evaluation any repairs required owner approval, the technician apparently accepted authorization from a tenant, unblocked a toilet in minutes, and charged $502.80. Complaints about the excessive fee were dismissed, as Mr Rooter´s Manager indicated “regarding our pricing structure: we don’t charge by the hour.” My recommendation: Stay away from Mr. Rooter.

I had service from Mr. Rooter on October 16 and October 17. Water was backing up through my basement drain. The tecnician Sam was very prompt and diagnosed the situation quickly. He could not get the equipment he needed to clear out the roots on the first day, but did stabilize the situation for the short term. He and two others showed up at promptly at 8:30 am the next day and had the problem solved by 10:00 am.. Sam was very efficient and couteous as were his two partners on the second day. We called Mr. Rooter to deal with some slow drains at a business. Brandon and James arrived early, assessed the issues quickly and thoroughly. They resolved the issues and cleaned up after themselves. Did not disrupt business at all. Nice work guys, really appreciate the good work.
