The clerk answering the phone just hung up on me twice as I asked for their service. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. She told me they’re temporarily not servicing the Jackson area and I asked when would they be available and she hung up. Welcome to Mississippi I guess some things never change here. Wow

Called this place last week and was told a technician would call me in an hour. That was last Tuesday. Very long hour.

Prompt and polite service. Years of grease build up cleared in the kitchen drain in about an hour. Michael the tech courteous and professional.

The Technician that came out to check our plumbing and see why the toilet kept backing up told us that it was a piping issue of having a small pipe fiting to a large one. But that we shouldn’t have anymore problems with it and that the line was cleared all the way to the road ( about 200 ft). What was a lie because the problem was that the pipe was broken just outside the wall of the house and backed up with well what gets flushed down a toilet and dirt. Will not be calling them again.
