Today, we faced a serious issue with our grinder ejector pump. I want to extend heartfelt kudos to Huntsville’s Mr. Electric technician, Mr. Spencer Medley, who improved the circuitry on June 26, 2025, and technician, Mr. Gage Baker, who verified its functionality on July 3, 2025. Mr. Rooter installed a hot water heater and within hours of the installation, the homeowner noticed a large hole in the wall behind the hot water heater (a picture was taken to document the damage). The homeowner called Mr. Rooter's office and informed Mr. Rooter's office of the damage and Mr. Rooter's office said the plumber will return. When the plumber returned later that evening, he denied having seen the hole in the wall but was prepared to plaster the hole which he did.
