RecommendedI use Mr. Rooter whenever I need a plumber. A recent "good experience" was when I needed the outdoor faucet fixed - they came prepared to replace it. I then talked to the Mr. Rooter plumber about needing to replace the two old toilets. I had been researching and determined I wanted a 17" comfort height and a flush that met California's standard of 1.28 gallons per flush (mine were 3 gallons.). Very honest and fair! Michaels Plumbing quoted me 5500 for a job and Mr Rooter did it for less then $1000 and fixed the problem!! So thankful we called them!!
Dean, the Service Professional explained everything clearly and went well ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty trying to fix my sewage issue. The owner Chad was also very helpful and the two fix fixed my sewer line that had previously been an on going issue. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Greater Lansing.
