Mr. Rooter is owned by a true man of God! His employees are very neat and respectful of our home. They put booties on before they come in and they lay down A Mr Rooter mat when they are working. All Mr Rooter Plumbers wears a belt, NO more Plumbers crack! They have ALL the right tools for the job but more importantly they have years of experience using them. I was very pleased. From the initial phone call to request service to the technician that came out, very professional, polite, considerate of my home, and very informative of everything going on. I believe his name was Jason, and he talked to us through the whole process on what he was doing and finding, showed us on the (free) camera inspection the pipes and their condition after he got the main line unclogged. I will absolutely use them again when needed!
The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly! He took care of he problem as well as answered any questions we had. They do a follow up call once the technician has left to make sure you are completely happy with everything that was done. I would highly recommend them
