Had an emergency plumbing issue where the house water shut-off was not working and we had a water leak. Mr. Rooter had someone out within 1-hour. Branden did a professional job of working with the city to get the valve replaced. I thought the price was very fair. We had more issues with old PVC pipe. Brandon came to my home within an hour of my call to assess my drain back up in my garage after yesterday's storm. He showed me a video of the roots in my drain pipe which were responsible for my problems. He gave me several estimates for me to decide what course of action to take. He also informed me my water pressure was way too high and installed a pressure relief valve. I found Brandon to be professional , knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.
Brandon and Jason did a great job taking care of the sewer back up in my basement. The problem was in the sewer main. They notified the township before it became whole neighborhood problem. The North East township repaired the issue and afterwards they even contacted Brandon and Jason to thank them. Great work guys. I have no problems using Mr. Rooter of Erie for my future needs.
I contacted Mr. Rooter for a problem with my septic drain on Sunday. The came out that afternoon. Tuesday the system was rebuilt and a cleaner design. Brandon and Jason were very professional and prompt. They answered all our question and we recomend them. 5 stars
Fall of 2025 I woke up to a flooded out basement. Had these guys out and I was told it was tree roots that caused a clog/break in the sewer line. Did the emergency repair, cost me almost $8,000 as a new home owner. They had to dig up my yard in the front of my house. Fast forward to spring 2026 and the snow melts away I notice there’s a giant sink hole where they did work. I called and asked if they could come fix it with some more dirt.
