Brandon came to help us fix the problem we were having with our pipes, which was tricky. But Brandon has knowledge beyond his years. He was very nice and professional, he made sure that we understood every step of the way, the problem and how to fix it. This was a multi day job. Brandon came back to our house to help us just like he said he would. He had someone pump out a manhole/ room idk lol it was totally full of water. We had some water trouble in our basement due to a malfunctioning sump pump. Brandon arrived promptly and efficiently completed the work needed to fix the problem. He cleaned up well before leaving our basement dry and safe again. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again and recommend to others after this experience!
Brandon came out to see why I get dripping from upstairs bathroom tub to my downstairs bathroom ceiling. He took his time running water, checking for leaks , making sure everything was secure. He explained to me what would need done to fix it. This guy was so personable, made sure I was satisfied, checked to see if I needed anything else done. You all are very lucky to have an employee who goes the extra mile. This kid was great and deserves a raise. Thank you.
My upstairs shower had some issues with sealing and water deflection, called my local Mr. Rooter office and the next day they were on hand to fix the issue. The service professional, Ryan Ott, did a fantastic job! He kept me informed as to the progress of the work, walked me through his next steps, and did the job quickly.
I'm so glad I chose Mr. Rooter for my drain clog. Brandon H. was excellent. He explained what he was doing, was respectful of my home, and was very thorough. I can't say enough good things about him. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He spoke highly of his company, too, which was refreshing to hear.
