Travis, Brandon, and Ryan have all done work for me on separate occasions. Travis cleared a line that has caused significant flooding at my former home. This was a hard one for me to have to call and get things completed as you know it can be costly with plumbing issues. Ryan Ott, the technician, was absolutely, friendly, clean, professional, quick to diagnose and fix the issues. He went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed right the first time. He cleaned up everything he did. Walked me through everything he was doing and explained it to me thoroughly before doing it. We had some water trouble in our basement due to a malfunctioning sump pump. Brandon arrived promptly and efficiently completed the work needed to fix the problem. He cleaned up well before leaving our basement dry and safe again. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again and recommend to others after this experience!

Brandon came to help us fix the problem we were having with our pipes, which was tricky. But Brandon has knowledge beyond his years. He was very nice and professional, he made sure that we understood every step of the way, the problem and how to fix it. This was a multi day job. Brandon came back to our house to help us just like he said he would. He had someone pump out a manhole/ room idk lol it was totally full of water. I had called Mr. Rooter for a service on scoping out a drain that I had backing up. Brandon was dispatched and showed up promptly and was very easy to work with and was very understanding. Brandon answered all my questions I had and had a solution for every one of them. Brandon is a great asset to the company and is very knowledgeable.
