We had a clogged drain New Year's Day and early the following Day only Mr. Rooter responded promptly and by noon that day fixed the problem and helped us with another smaller fix. We found Samuel the technician very professional and caring.
The service was great . When the worker got here he started working right away. When he was finished he made sure that there was no leaks (pressured tested ) . He then explained the 1 year warranty on work. Told me what to expect from the gas company (as part of the check ) . Very satisfied !!!!
They responded in a timely manner. They were very courteous and they did a great job. Well done!!
The technician analyze the problem within two minutes, and had a fix for it. The technician was well mannered, and answered all questions I had. I really appreciated their service and highly recommend them. The Receptionist was also great and kept me informed and also provided me with a earlier appointment.
I am very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Roofer Plumbing. They sent a tech to my house within two hours and Ivan Flores worked very efficiently and explained everything in detail. Gina was awesome with staying in contact with me. I really appreciate all this company has helped me with. Mr Rooter Plumbing is the way to go!
