Initially, I was pleased with the work and the price. The next day the problem recurred. They came out again and fixed the problem but charged me a second time. After reviewing my complaint I was reimbursed the second charge. Both plumbers were pleasant.

While the service was good, what we paid for that service was very overpriced. We paid $341 for less than an hour's work plus some materials -- even though we were originally quoted that amount, that was in the understanding that the work would take about 3 hours. When it did not, we were shocked to find the final payment was not adjusted to reflect the fact that a lot less time was spent to handle this particular issue. I want to say a huge thank you to the guys here we called them because my aunt had a leak on Sunday they came out ,fixed the leak and explained to her what she needed he was very polite and very nice. I will continue to call them if I ever need them again GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!
be careful who you hire tracy the owner did our bathroom tub and dry wall work was left , he sent a dry guy over he turned out to be very unprofessional we ask him for a few refrences he got a little up set and dont take cards to me aready that was a red flag so we still have unfinished job and the drywall was not to us until they showed up early so a unfinished and spending over 3000 dollars the tracy just keep making excuses travy does think so like we have no reprcussios we do if care about his customers which i dont thin... read more
