I hired their service for the first time at my home. I had a good experience and decided to hire them for my restaurant. The technician who came arrived and started doing everything except what was requested. A hydrojet cleaning of the main line was requested. Edwardo has done a great job. Answering questions and explaining the issue. Advice us not to do things to avoid future problems.
My service tech was Edward, and he did and outstanding job and was very professional.
Easy to deal with, can communicate in various ways, email, phone, etc. Nice and quick turnarounds, but without extra cost for it. Highly recommend. The work done was excellent. We had a seismic gas shut-off valve added, and from point of contact to work completion was about a week.
