Dwight was assigned to help us with a late afternoon call, even though he was not on call. We had a clogged sewer line which he worked at for an hour in the cold rainy weather until he got the clog opened up. He was pleasant and knew his job. We will recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs help quickly.
My outside faucet was leaking. I called Mr Rooter and they replaced the facet plus created an access panel for me in my coat closet so I can turn off the faucet each winter. I am very pleased with the work that was done. They left no mess for me to have to clean up when they were done. I was very pleased about that. I will use Mr Rooter again in the future.

Dwight was courteous, fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself. Yes, this company is expensive, but when you need a plumber it's a necessity. When there is a demand, and not a lot of suppliers, you have to pay. Capitalism at work. I have called this company for various issues at least a half dozen times over the past decade, and have never had a problem with the work they did for me. And Dwight was gentleman, very professional, and took time to answer my questions. He explained everything he did

I called with a problem with my septic. Had 4 people come out over 4 different days. They would never set an appointment, just merely said they would be out that day. The job manager, Mark's, explaination was that the one guy was new so that's why they needed multiple visits. I had to take off work 2 days to make sure the issue was taken care of. They are frauds! Had service done and less than a month later same issue. Wouldn't you know they were trying to sell me a service so this wouldn't happen again. A service that I never needed in 5 years nor had this problem at 15 other locations. How convenient right? Bunch of hack jobs
Called on a Saturday for a clog. When I finally got a call back I was informed to wAit until the septic tanks could be pumped. When I asked the tech if he could come out and see if there was a clog he said no thank you and hung on me. If you advertise 24/7 service you should mean it.
