Although we waited over 4 hours from first call to when they actually got here, we are pleased with the service and would recommend them. Our Tech, Phil, was pleasant and knew what he was doing and took care of our problem. We would recommend them :)

Horrible experience , Mr Andrew August , franchise owner , charged my 87 year old mother with Dementia 650$ for a basic install , basic American standard toilet , and no breakdown of the invoice when asked ! Outraged at this scam ! Shame on you Mr Rooter and staff !! Disgusting !!!!🤥
