Mr. Rooter's service technicians came out on fairly short notice because our water heater had been out for almost a week, and we had not been able to get any help from our home warranty company, Liberty Home Guard. Mr. Rooter's technicians came out at about 6:30 on a Friday afternoon to diagnose the problem. They were unable to replace the bad water heater right then, but did fix it so we could temporarily get hot water over the weekend.
