Professional and friendly—they came in and went straight to work
Both technicians showed up and took care of the leak on my outside faucet. They were friendly and professional from start to finish, and it was clear that customer service matters to them. Before, during, and after the job, they made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Thank you, Mr. Bermea, and your partner for the great work. I'll definitely call on this company again and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.
I always call Mr. Rooter Plumbing if I have any plumbing issues. Technicians, Uzziel and Jaime came to our rescue and did an amazing job! I will be using this company again in the future, if needed. Thank you Mr. Rooter Plumbing and God bless you all!
