They can handle all of the challenges at our farm. We updated the 1900 farmhouse which has had many issues, and the technicians with Mr. Rooter have always been reliable and PLEASANT to work with. They were here when they said they would be here and the technician had to order a part. He shipped it to my house and told me how to replace it - it was simple - so I wouldn’t have to pay another trip charge. He also gave me his phone number and would walk me through it over the phone if I had trouble. Overall good experience.

Mr Rooter came out to take care of our slow moving septic line. Arrived early, coached us how to prevent and how to access the trap so we can check it. Ken is a super guy, professional and was so good to us!
Mr. Rooter came out to replace a toilet for our project. The existing toilet needed the toilet flange replaced due to the original being rusted and half missing. Ryan(plumber) was prompt, courteous and got the job done.
