RecommendedFrom the initial call reaching their after hours service, the call back from their office staff and the actual arrival of their employee Cameron and the service he provided getting my water back on, we could not be more satisfied. We highly recommend Mr Rooter! Since we recently moved to this home, they will now be our go to company for any of our plumbing needs. Why anyone would go anywhere else other than Mr. router is beyond me. Very prompt. The tech that showed up at my house, Kyle, very professional very courteous and did a great job. The level of customer service and the price were very good. I wouldI would recommend them to anyone. Plus, the owner Earl, they don’t get any better than that man.

Mr. Rooter came to my rescue again, as a "newer" homeowner with a hubby at work most the time I really appreciate the way they get the job done, and leave me with no worries! From calling Rita in the office to the service rep who comes to your door, nothing but professionalism and friendliness from start to finish! home repairs and problems can be scary at times, but you guys take all that fear away, thank you!!

Just stopping by to say thank you to Cameron & Kyle of Mr. Rooter, who just left my house in Binghamton. We had water in the basement due to the very high amount of rain we've gotten over the past several days. The floor drains were plugged. Cameron & Kyle got them opened, got the water out & cleaned up a lot of the mess for me for a reasonable price. We've used Mr. Rooter for years & never been disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend them!
